Job Overview

The Customer Support Team Lead role plays a crucial part in developing and leading our client's Customer Support Team. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day support operations, guiding support specialists, and ensuring clients and users receive top-tier service.

Daily Support Operations
  • Manage and develop a team of customer support specialists to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Oversee ticket management, call queues, and escalations on a daily basis
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure consistent service levels are met
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional English fluency and experience using Salesforce
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to drive team growth and accountability
  • Minimum 3 years of customer support experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong organizational, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
