Job Description

We are seeking an experienced customer support agent to join our team. As a remote customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to customers via chat, email, or phone.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support

Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy individual who is comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once. You will also have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, as well as experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Working From Home Requirements

  • Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
  • A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
