We are a dynamic organization seeking a seasoned professional to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving account issues, and providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer interactions through phone, email, or chat, focusing on account and collections-related concerns.
  • Perform outbound calls for collections follow-ups while maintaining professionalism and adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and effective communication to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed service-level metrics, including quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
  • Document all customer interactions and account updates in the system.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a collections account or agency, either locally or in an international BPO setting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Familiarity with collections processes and compliance regulations is a plus.
