Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. Your primary objective will be to provide assistance with returns, upgrades, and purchases while also offering guidance and technical support as needed.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer guidance and technical support to customers regarding products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


  • High School/K12 Graduate or at least 2nd Year College Completed.
  • No experience is required, although prior experience in a similar field may be advantageous.

Back Office Role Requirements:

If you are interested in working in a back office setting, please note that you will require at least 6 months of relevant experience in one of the following fields:
