Job Title: HubSpot CRM Administrator

Overview

A skilled administrator is needed to oversee the efficient management of our HubSpot CRM platform, driving user adoption and business growth through streamlined workflows and targeted campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated workflows and targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and actionable data, leveraging analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide regular campaign and monthly reporting.
  • Optimize the CRM platform to improve efficiency and enhance user experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HubSpot CRM administration.
  • Proficiency in custom code, integrations, and CRM customization (workflows, dashboards, reporting).
  • Familiarity with Teams, Outlook, Maxio, and Snowflake.
  • Ability to lead projects, identify process improvements, and drive CRM initiatives.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and data management skills.
