We are looking for a skilled and passionate HubSpot CRM Analyst to be the main expert for our CRM operations. You will be our go-to person for everything about HubSpot, and you'll support our leaders and employees. Your work will directly help us grow, improve our relationships with clients, and make our company better. Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: You will be in charge of setting up and managing our HubSpot platform, including creating custom objects, workflows, and automations to support our company's needs.
  • Working with Leaders: You will act as an advisor to our business leaders, helping them use HubSpot to reach their goals.
  • Managing Partners: You will work with our external HubSpot partner to make sure our projects and teamwork run smoothly.
  • Automating Processes: You will create automations for our marketing, sales, and customer service teams to make their work faster and better.
  • Keeping Data Clean: You will make sure that all the data in HubSpot is accurate, complete, and always up-to-date.
  • Training Users: You will create and lead training for new and current employees so that everyone knows how to use HubSpot well.
  • Providing Support: You will be the one to answer questions and fix any problems related to HubSpot.
  • Creating Reports: You will build dashboards and reports so we can track our business performance and make smart decisions.

Skills and Experience We're Looking For:

  • HubSpot Expert: You have 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot administrator or CRM analyst. HubSpot certifications are a big plus
  • Help Desk/Support Skills: You have some knowledge of how to build help desk, support workflows, and ticket pipelines in HubSpot (this is a plus, but not required).
  • Sales Operations Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Strong Technical Skills: You know how to design and implement complex workflows and automations.
  • A Smart Thinker: You are good at analyzing data and solving problems.
  • Great Communicator: You can explain technical things simply and can talk to different kinds of people.
  • Good at Teaching: You have experience training users and creating learning materials.
  • Proactive and Hardworking: You are a motivated person who can work independently and always looks for ways to improve.

Technical Requirements 

To ensure smooth and efficient remote operations, candidates must meet the following minimum technical requirements:

  • Laptop: Intel Core i5 or equivalent (or higher) with at least 8GB RAM.
  • Internet Connection: Minimum 50 Mbps wired internet connection (LAN) for stable connectivity.
  • Backup Internet: Mobile data or secondary ISP for backup in case of connectivity issues.
  • Headset with Noise Cancellation: A high-quality headset with noise-canceling features for voice support.
  • Webcam: A functional webcam for video meetings and training sessions.
  • Dedicated Workspace: A quiet and professional workspace free from distractions during shifts.
