Sales & CRM Coordinator (Office-Based – Alabang)

₱25,000–₱30,000/month | Full-Time | Fixed Day Shift (5AM–2PM)

Support a top-tier New Zealand engineering firm from our Philippine team.

DTCE is a premium structural engineering consultancy based in Wellington, New Zealand. We're looking for a confident and organised Sales & CRM Coordinator to help manage client and referrer relationships, follow up on proposals, and keep our sales pipeline active—from our office in Filinvest One, Northgate, Alabang.


Your Role
  • Manage and update our HubSpot CRM with leads and client data
  • Import, clean, and organise contacts from WorkflowMax and Microsoft Access
  • Follow up by phone and email with clients who haven't responded to proposals
  • Research and reach out to architects, developers, and builders to book meetings for our engineers
  • Track referrer activity and help prioritise high-value contacts
  • Prepare meeting invites and monthly activity reports

No technical knowledge or selling required—just great communication, organisation, and follow-through.


Work Schedule
  • Full-time | Monday–Friday
  • Fixed day shift: 5:00 AM to 2:00–3:00 PM PH time (aligned with NZ business hours)
  • Location: Office-based only, Alabang, Muntinlupa
