">About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy, driving engagement and retention through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies across channels, leveraging customer data to inform targeting and communication
  • Analyse campaign performance to uncover valuable insights, optimise communications, and drive growth
  • Manage partnerships with CRM vendors, evaluating platforms for advanced segmentation and automation capabilities
  • Leverage customer insights to enhance programmes, increasing engagement, retention, and lifetime value
  • Own overall CRM KPIs, including new customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
  • Proven experience leading a team
