
Virtual Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and optimize our web operations and CRM systems.
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool proficiency is a must, along with experience in WordPress website management and customization.
- A background in virtual assistance and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially are also required.
This role demands strong time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, as well as the capacity to work independently and maintain high productivity levels. Additionally, proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs), basic bookkeeping or invoicing tools, and automation platforms like Make.com or Zapier will be considered an asset.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in executive or virtual assistance is expected. Key Responsibilities:

- Streamline administrative operations by implementing efficient processes and procedures.
- Coordinate between departments for task updates and completion while ensuring accurate data across systems.
- Identify opportunities for automation using tools like Make.com or Zapier.
- Generate and manage invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping entries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data.
- Proven experience in WordPress website management and customization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms like Pipedrive.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Make.com, or Zapier is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and independent work capabilities.
- Ability to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
