Position Summary:
The Hubspot Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Hubspot platform to ensure seamless customer success operations and effective client relationship management. This role involves configuring and maintaining the Hubspot system, creating and managing workflows, and providing support to the customer success team to enhance their use of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the Hubspot platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the customer success team.
- Create and manage workflows, email campaigns, and other client-focused automation processes.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of customer success initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
- Train and support customer success team members on the effective use of Hubspot.
- Ensure data integrity and manage data imports and exports.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate Hubspot with other systems and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest Hubspot features and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Hubspot Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of customer success operations and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM and Marketing Hub.
- Experience with Hubspot integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing Hubspot templates and modules.
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools within Hubspot.
- Understanding of marketing automation and email marketing best practices.
- Experience with SQL and database management is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.

- Hubspot Marketing Software Certification
- Hubspot Sales Software Certification
- Hubspot CMS for Marketers Certification
- Hubspot Reporting Certification
- Any other relevant Hubspot certifications
