Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HubSpot expert to join our team as a senior developer. This role requires leadership skills, guiding clients through process-first thinking, structuring, and scaling their go-to-market strategies inside HubSpot.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in workflow automation, pipeline setup, lead lifecycle design, reporting, and data modeling. Familiarity with HubSpot APIs and basic integration techniques is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of HubSpot CRM and GTM architecture for implementation and optimization across Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops, and CMS hubs.
  2. Translate business needs into technical designs using Lucidchart or Miro.
  3. Build and optimize HubSpot assets like workflows, pipelines, custom properties, lists, reports, sequences, and automations.
  4. Perform thorough end-to-end testing and QA.
  5. Collaborate with the RevOps and Strategy teams to deliver results that drive business value.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience across the full HubSpot suite.
  • Proven success delivering complex CRM and automation projects within HubSpot.
  • Strong expertise in workflow automation, pipeline setup, lead lifecycle design, reporting, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot APIs and basic integration techniques.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methods, sprint planning, and client delivery workflows.
Preferred Skills:
  • HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience with middleware platforms like Make.com or Zapier.
