Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team at ILLO'S GROUP. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression of our organization.
  • Manage reservations, direct walk-in guests, and handle delivery/take out calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between customers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, ensuring it remains a welcoming space for all visitors.
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, prioritizing their satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
