Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Metacom. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients contacting our center by telephone.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments as per established policies and procedures. You will also register all patients per registration protocols over the phone.
