We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Field Outsource Asia Inc. & Caishen Marketing Sales Inc.

As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, answering any questions they may have and providing directions as needed
  • Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized space
  • Operate a multiple line phone system, handling calls professionally and efficiently
  • Route calls to the appropriate extensions or take messages for follow-up
  • Set up conference calls as requested and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
