Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at Anytime Cleaners Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring timely updates and organization.
  • Record information as needed, utilizing strong note-taking skills and attention to detail.
  • Welcome clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support as required.
  • Update paperwork, maintain documents, and perform word processing tasks efficiently.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining office common areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and reservations as necessary.
  • Organize events and meetings, showcasing excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Monitor and maintain supply inventory levels, ordering replacements as needed.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients during their visit, leveraging virtual assistant experience and expertise.
  • Develop, update, and enter information into databases, applying analytical skills and data management techniques.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles, making informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office software proficiently, creating presentations, spreadsheets, and reports with precision and accuracy.
  • Foster outstanding communication and organizational skills, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
