Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Phesco Incorporated. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing calls, and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Receive, record, and disseminate important messages and documents as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, including the organization of office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide assistance to guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and information exchange.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Located in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, this role offers a dynamic and supportive work environment.
