Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to our executives or managers. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks, facilitate communication between Japanese-speaking management and local staff, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Organization: Handle scheduling and organize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication and Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence in both Japanese and English, and manage communications between Japanese management and local teams.
  • Translation and Administration: Translate documents and conversations from Japanese to English and vice versa, and assist with administrative tasks, including office supply management, filing, and invoicing.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

We estimate a monthly salary of PHP 60,000 - 80,000 (approximately USD 1,200 - 1,600) for this role, based on industry standards and location.
