Job Role Overview

This position requires a highly skilled professional capable of managing intricate, cross-border operations with precision.

  • Coordinate global schedules and travel arrangements, including visa requirements and itineraries
  • Prepare senior-level materials: briefings, reports, presentations
  • Handle sensitive correspondence and stakeholder communications
  • Organize high-level meetings, investor relations, and strategic sessions
  • Maintain document control systems

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted liaison across all divisions, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking. They will be responsible for overseeing projects and tracking deliverables, supporting business reviews, reports, and regulatory filings, and assisting with M&A due diligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise between CEO and cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate HQ-subsidiary activities
  • Lead public relations and media engagements
  • Design materials using Adobe Creative Suite, upholding brand standards
  • Manage digital assets and support product launches
  • Coordinate with external creative and technical agencies

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, additional languages are a plus, and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite. They should also be familiar with CRM tools, project management tools, video platforms, document management, and basic HTML/CSS for email/web content.
