We are is seeking a skilled and dedicated Data Operations Executive to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a full-time position, this role is essential in supporting our data-driven operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Campaign Management:

    ● Able to create, maintain and execute affiliate plan based on various campaign initiatives

    ● Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different functions to ensure campaign details are up to date

    ● Maintain timely delivery updates of marketing campaigns to external stakeholders, designated for promotional and recurring campaigns

    ● Optimise campaign execution procedures in current various environment platforms

    ● Work closely with internal stakeholders in building, implementing, tracking and improving acquisition campaigns

    ● Capable of managing multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them
  2. Reporting and analytics:

    ● Support local teams on business development initiatives, campaigns and data requests

    ● Mange the MIS/data reporting, metrics tracking and reporting for Ops function

    ● Facilitate coordination and production of monthly financial, and other reporting related deliverables

    ● Measure key results, including revenue, competitive and supply metrics

    ● Provide recommendations on how to improve operations process to partners and leadership team

What we're looking for

● With at least 1 year experience

● Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging

● Ability to interface & communicate with different internal and external stakeholders

● Basic knowledge in Digital Marketing and experience with reporting and insights creation is preferable

● Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills alongside high attention to detail

● Demonstrated skills in understanding conversion drivers in an online environment

● A proven track record of working on own initiative and an instinctive "can-do" attitude, with strong focus on delivering results

● Excellent ability to communicate and a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges

● Attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked and every little detail is thought about and executed perfectly

● Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion
