Business Development Director

The Business Development Director plays a pivotal role in driving company growth and success. This involves leading the operational functions and implementing strategies that align with the company's mission and vision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Optimization: Ensure seamless operations and optimize productivity through effective process management.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current operational processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring alignment with company values, goals, and performance standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and areas for improvement.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Development Director in a similar setting or related field.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles.
  • Technical Skills: Basic IT skills, including experience with databases, MS Office, and so on.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a stable internet connection, computer, noise cancelling headset, backup internet connection, and power outage backup, among others.
