Job Summary

The HR Generalist role plays a pivotal part in supporting the operational backbone of our Human Resources department. As an integral team member, you will be responsible for addressing employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily HR cases and track resolution times to optimize process efficiency.
  • Craft a seamless onboarding experience by conducting pre-boarding activities, organizing orientation sessions, assigning mentors, and monitoring progress during the probation period.
  • Foster a positive work environment by designing and implementing engagement activities to boost employee morale and retention.
  • Develop training programs for new joiners, assess their needs, design materials, schedule sessions, evaluate effectiveness, and maintain training records.
  • Manage payroll and benefits, process payments, update health insurance and leave policies, and stay abreast of regulatory changes.
  • Evaluate adherence to local laws and regulations, update HR policies, conduct compliance training, handle employment contracts and terminations, and maintain audit documentation.
  • Analyze HR metrics, prepare leadership reports, and use data-driven decisions to implement HR tech solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and HR analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits platforms.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance regulations.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools.
  • Process documentation and SOP creation expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
