Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team in the US. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws, and maintaining accurate records.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process and track FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims documentation
  • Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality, utilizing BambooHR and Paycor systems
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews
  • Respond to employee inquiries and monitor the HR inbox
  • Track training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts
  • Generate HR reports and assist with audits and data integrity
  • Coordinate performance management processes and reviews, generate completion reports, and support managers and employees throughout the cycle
  • Support payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department
  • Assist Compliance and HR leadership with tracking attestations, reporting requirements, and data privacy adherence
  • Schedule and coordinate company-wide updates, including monthly internal meetings and quarterly global town halls, partnering with leadership on agendas and presentations

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR/Admin supporting US based companies
  • Hands-on experience with FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, leave administration and unemployment-related processes
  • Solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws and general HR practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BambooHR, and ATS/HRIS platforms
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail when handling confidential information
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Work Arrangement

This position offers an onsite with remote flexibility work arrangement. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the organization reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements.

Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary is expected.

The ideal candidate will have a quiet dedicated work area and be able to directly hardwire to their modem.

A high-speed internet connection of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload is required, and a speed test will be needed to verify connectivity.
