The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading lifecycle documentation, performance management, recruitment support, and policy alignment. This role works closely with leadership and external HR consultants to manage risk and uphold best practices.

About the Role

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding/terminations, and performance documentation.
  • Ensure file management and version control in HRIS and shared systems are up to date.
  • Safeguard confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) aligned with company policy and consultant guidance.
  • Monitor employee relations issues, document incidents, and escalate appropriately.
  • Partner with leadership and HR consultants on escalations, corrective actions, and resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the owner of employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding/terminations, and performance documentation.
  • Manage accurate file management and version control in the HR Information System and shared systems.
  • Protect confidential data and maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Work with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), aligned with organizational policies and HR consultant recommendations.
  • Identify and address employee relations concerns, documenting incidents and escalating when necessary.
  • Foster collaboration between leadership, HR team members, and external consultants on high-priority issues, corrective actions, and resolution strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • A proven track record as an HR Manager or HR Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, and HRIS platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. HR practices, including PIPs, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience working internationally.
