Job Overview

A seasoned IT leader is required to drive the company's IT strategy, overseeing infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the IT roadmap, managing IT systems, implementing security protocols, and providing guidance to the IT staff.


Key Qualifications
  • IT Leadership Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Infrastructure & Systems Knowledge: Strong background in managing enterprise IT environments, including networks, servers, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), and enterprise security.
  • People & Vendor Management: Proven ability to lead IT teams, coordinate with vendors, and manage outsourced technical support when required.
  • Security & Compliance: Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, data privacy regulations, and IT risk management.
  • Project Management: Experience planning and delivering IT projects such as system migrations, infrastructure upgrades, or software rollouts.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English to liaise with executives, stakeholders, and global clients.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified, Cisco, ITIL, or other relevant industry certifications.
