About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Admin Assistant to assist in the administration of our government-related permits at Marivent Hotels and Resorts Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster effective relationships with local and national government units to secure necessary permits.
  2. Ensure timely permit renewals to maintain regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  3. Prepare and submit documents to Government Agencies, facilitating seamless communication with stakeholders.
  4. Maintain a high level of service by ensuring prompt delivery of permits to our branches.
  5. Contribute to the overall success of our team by taking on additional administrative tasks as needed.
  6. Manage confidential information with discretion, sorting and delivering communications to the right recipients.
  7. Persistently update records and statistics of official documents received.
  8. Be prepared to adapt to changing priorities and take on extra duties when necessary.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in any field is mandatory.
  2. Superior analytical and planning skills are crucial for success in this role.
  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are vital for interacting with various stakeholders.
  4. Proven experience in processing local government documents or administrative support is highly valued.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities are necessary for building strong relationships with government units.
  6. An interest in field work can be beneficial.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
