Job Description:
The Senior Secretary position at Starlight Business Consulting Services Inc. is a key role that requires strong administrative and coordination skills to ensure seamless operations, effective communication, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role involves providing high-level administrative support to executives and department heads, managing schedules, appointments, and meetings, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
The Senior Secretary will also oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies, coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflow, and monitor and manage office supplies, budget allocations, and procurement processes.
In addition, this role requires acting as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with government regulations, permits, and environmental requirements, and facilitating the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for regulatory approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and department heads
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflow
- Monitor and manage office supplies, budget allocations, and procurement processes
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, permits, and environmental requirements
- Facilitate the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for regulatory approvals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of office management, organizational procedures, and government compliance
- Experience in liaising with DENR or other regulatory bodies is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
