Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the executive's calendar and schedule appointments.
  2. Follow up on special projects and monitor schedules.
  3. Open, distribute, read, and handle mail and emails as required.
  4. Manage the travel budget and book executive air travel, land transport, and accommodation.
  5. Create reports, presentations, memos, communications, and type meeting notes.
  6. Perform some personal errands on behalf of the Executive Team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of Php20,000 - Php25,000 for experienced candidates and Php18,000 for those without prior experience.
