We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in creating and developing new business opportunities.
Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential customers and initiating conversations to identify their needs, qualify their interests, and set up meetings or appointments for the sales team.
- You will qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and a sales representative.
- You will research, identify, and create new market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts.
- You will perform high-volume outreach, maintaining a high level of productivity through frequent calls and emails to prospective clients or candidates.
- You will maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
- You will support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.
- You will be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
- You will establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
- You will maintain high professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients.
- You have experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B setup.
- You are able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas.
- You possess exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets.
- You are self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach.
