
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Mergers and Acquisitions Associate to join our team. As an M&A Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process of online businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and process improvement, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to build personal relationships with clients over the phone and in person, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for sellers, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct business analysis and process improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Promote our platform's value proposition to potential clients, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, commerce or marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in M&A, brokering or sales.
- Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time position that offers:
