Role Overview:The Sales Growth Specialist plays a key role in identifying and creating new business opportunities. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet targets.
- Qualify leads, schedule appointments between prospective customers and sales representatives, and research new market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts.
- Develop high-volume outreach strategies, maintaining productivity through frequent calls and emails to prospective clients or candidates.
- Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts, ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold Calling in a B2B setup.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening skills and a positive phone presence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets.
