Job Description

About the Position:

This is a high-impact sales role that drives revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As an Account Executive, you will play a key part in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Responsible for reaching out to new prospects and managing your own sales cycle to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients through referrals from internal teams as well as networking opportunities.
  • Deliver product presentations and manage follow-up interactions via email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
  • Sales Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive and effective sales operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to drive individual and collective sales performance.
  • Maintain open communication channels and collaborate on solutions to improve sales processes.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
  • Continuously analyze and refine the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain CRM records for active leads and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in account executive roles with proven success in driving sales growth.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS sales with a focus on mid-to-enterprise level clients.
  • Excellent understanding of workforce management and HR products.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills to effectively work within a dynamic sales environment.
