
Executive Support Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized, proactive, and creative professional who can support the CEO of a company. They should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Utilize design tools to create visually appealing presentations, reports, social media graphics, and other internal/external communication materials that align with the brand.
- Assist in creating compelling visual content that supports business objectives.
- Manage spreadsheets, organize data, and assist with basic financial tracking or expense reporting to maintain accurate records.
- Provide support on various projects, including tracking deadlines, organizing resources, and facilitating communication among team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items for key meetings to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to ensure seamless office operations.
- Able to conduct business research and analysis and write reports to inform business decisions.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage spreadsheets and contribute to basic project management tasks.
- Ability to conduct business research and analysis and write reports.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI and eager to learn more of it.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with keen eye for detail.
