Job Responsibilities- Review, prioritize, and tag emails to help maintain an organized inbox.
- Execute administrative tasks such as pulling reports, drafting emails, and managing follow-ups.
- Provide end-of-day summaries outlining completed and pending tasks.
- Use folders, tags, and lists to manage and track assignments.
- Occasionally handle personal errands like scheduling or research.
- Upload and organize files using a remote desktop system.
- Send or respond to emails on behalf of the owner as needed.
- Highly Organized: Keeps daily tasks and priorities in order with a systemized approach.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and thoroughness matter.
- Proactive Communication: Clear updates and reliable summaries are essential.
- Context-Aware: Able to read emails mid-thread and understand what's important and what's going on without needing everything spelled out.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating email, online tools, folders, and comfortable making calls when needed.
- Experience: General work experience is required.
