Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales planning, leadership, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting individual targets and providing coaching and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns, leveraging marketing efforts to support sales initiatives.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively promote our products and services, highlighting their value proposition and unique selling points to customers and partners.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing, or sales).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
