Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and implementation of strategic systems initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business requirements gathering strategies to ensure effective stakeholder engagement
- Create business requirements documentation and system specifications to drive product development and implementation
- Analyze and evaluate client requirements to implement systems solutions that support business processes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create functional specifications for Infomax developed products and services
- Design and develop process flow charts and diagrams to visualize business processes
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams
- Participate in software design collaboration sessions to define software functionalities and enhancements
- Manage the development of Infomax developed products and services, features, and enhancements
- Coordinate activity schedules and user acceptance with project delivery teams and external clients
- Formulate project scoping and pricing for packaged solutions proposed to external clients
- Document project actualization costs and alert Team Lead when costs exceed estimates
- Lead Risk Assessment sessions to identify risks and ensure mitigating plans are solid
- Consolidate and validate build packages and patches for commercial versioning and documentation
- Monitor software issues handled by the Support team from problem reporting to resolution
- Conduct Post-Project Meetings to discuss lessons learned and areas for improvement
