Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business owner, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes:

  • Inbound Call Management: Answering calls, directing callers to the relevant personnel, and taking messages as needed.
  • Client Communication: Managing communication with clients, including follow-ups on quotes, project status updates, and feedback collection to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assisting in coordinating schedules for glass cleaning and window repair projects, liaising with the team to ensure optimal deployment and time management.
  • Administrative Support: Handling email management, organizing meetings, and preparing reports for the owner, ensuring all documents and communications are clear, accurate, and timely.
  • Project Tracking: Maintaining project progress logs and helping track job completion, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly and communicated effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: A professional and friendly communication style, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your approach to suit different stakeholders.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: The ability to create order out of chaos and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: The ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and think on your feet to support the business owner.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools, with familiarity with project management software a plus.
  • Team Player: The ability to work closely with others and build strong relationships with both the internal team and our clients.
