Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing offers for export clients and prospects, handling the processing of orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Offers: Develop detailed offers for export clients and prospects, considering their specific needs and requirements.
  • Process Orders: Handle the processing of orders in our system, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Coordinate Internally: Collaborate with various departments to finalize orders and ensure smooth production.
  • Monitor Production: Track progress of orders and inform clients accordingly, providing regular updates on expected delivery dates.
  • Financial Data: Sort and coordinate financial data related to orders, working closely with the finance department.
  • Promotional Support: Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials or events to enhance customer engagement.
What We Offer
