Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team at Australian Outsource Desk Inc.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business owner, managing client communication, and coordinating schedules for glass cleaning and window repair projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.

We offer a competitive salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for growth and professional development in a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client communication, including follow-ups on quotes and project status updates
  • Coordinate schedules for glass cleaning and window repair projects
  • Provide administrative support to the business owner, including email management and report preparation
  • Maintain project progress logs and help track job completion
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field an asset
