We are a reputable organization seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to manage contracts, provide administrative support, and ensure compliance.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients
- Coordinate with teams and clients regarding contract updates and changes
- Maintain and update records and files in an organized manner
- Assist with scheduling and logistics as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in contract management and drafting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and its applications
- Previous administrative experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable in Photoshop and other design tools
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
