Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients
  • Coordinate with teams and clients regarding contract updates and changes
  • Maintain and update records and files in an organized manner
  • Assist with scheduling and logistics as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in contract management and drafting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and its applications
  • Previous administrative experience in a similar role
  • Knowledgeable in Photoshop and other design tools

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
