Salary

$65,000 - $75,000 per annum based on experience.

Job Description

As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Inbound Call Handling

You will receive and direct incoming calls, ensuring each inquiry is addressed promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Client Follow-Up

You will maintain communication with clients by following up on quotes, sharing project updates, and gathering feedback to ensure high satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective client follow-up strategies.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction levels.
Scheduling & Coordination

You will help manage schedules for glass cleaning and window repair projects, liaising with the team to ensure smooth coordination and time management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
Administrative Support

You will provide administrative support to the owner, organizing emails, meetings, and reports to ensure all communications and documents are accurate and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the owner's calendar and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Project Tracking

You will keep project logs up-to-date and track job completion to address any issues quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.
Continuous Improvement

You will contribute ideas for process improvements, helping our business grow with efficient communication and organization practices.

  • Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Implement changes and monitor their effectiveness.
