You will work closely with senior leadership to explore new markets, develop partnerships, and create long-term strategies that support the company's goal of delivering world-class healthcare services. The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring that Maxicare remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with market trends.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market gaps, and opportunities that align with Maxicare's corporate strategy.
  • Evaluating potential business development opportunities in existing and new markets, including geographic expansions, product diversification, and customer segments.
  • Monitoring market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory changes to ensure that Maxicare stays ahead of industry shifts.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Identifying, negotiating, and establishing new business opportunities, strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, corporate clients, and technology partners.
  • Developing and managing long-term relationships with key partners to enhance Maxicare's service offerings and expand its market presence.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure partnership agreements meet business objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic planning, or corporate strategy, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or related industries. You should possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market trends into actionable business opportunities.
