Business Development Representative - Appointment Setter
Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments with business professionals.

About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to play a pivotal role in building business relationships and promoting our services.

Main Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services/products
- Qualify leads and assess their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes
- Schedule appointments or meetings with decision-makers for the sales team
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of contacts and interactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and communication strategies

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in a sales-driven environment
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
