Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that meet their expectations.

Your Responsibilities:

* Familiarize yourself with our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
* Respond to customer inquiries and conduct outbound calls to promote our offerings.
* Utilize a list of phone numbers provided to reach out to potential customers and schedule consultations between them and our sales team as required.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions of leads and appointment scheduling.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including making reports, updating systems, organizing documents, and rearranging schedules as needed.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to better understand our target market.

Qualifications:

* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
* Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role in a similar industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
* Experience in making outbound calls and engaging in persuasive conversations with prospects.
* Strong phone etiquette skills and a courteous disposition.
* Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload with minimal supervision.
* Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Hands-on experience in data entry using MS Office, CRM, or other similar software.

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary range of Php 30,000.00 – Php 35,000.00.
* Monday – Friday schedule, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time (30-Minutes Lunch Break).
* Holidays observed include Gold Coast, QLD holidays.
