Job Title: Business Development Professional - Enterprise Client Management

**About the Role:**

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Analyze account performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions to drive growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.

Salary: PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per month, depending on experience.
