Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and relationships with key accounts and dealers.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your exceptional account management skills, industry expertise, and passion for business development to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute channel strategies that align with our company goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability within key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new product introductions.
- Dealer Network Development: Build and maintain a robust dealer and distributor network to ensure broad market reach and product availability.
- Sales and Revenue Management: Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and account performance to senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, customer service, and product teams to ensure smooth operations and the timely delivery of products to key accounts and dealers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or channel management.
- Experience managing key accounts and working with a network of dealers or distributors.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
