Business Development Specialist

At WHR Global Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our sales team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with major retailers.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience working closely with retailers, developing channel plans that drive business growth and securing purchase orders. You should be able to work effectively onsite in San Juan City and travel locally as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to drive business growth
- BUILD strong relationships with key decision-makers at major retailers
- SOURCE new business opportunities and secure purchase orders
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, execution, and relationship-building. Your ability to understand retailer needs and develop tailored solutions will be essential in this role.
Requirements- Proven experience working in account management or business development
- Strong understanding of retail operations and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
