Strategic Business Development Director

The Strategic Business Development Director will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the development of innovative strategies, plans, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage market analysis and competitor insights to identify opportunities for growth and develop corresponding marketing strategies.
- Develop and deploy initial entry plans to enter new markets and grow existing businesses.
- Build operational excellence and efficiency within the organization by identifying gaps and developing closure plans.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership/managerial position, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role.
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
- Advanced skills in business analysis and planning, new product development, brand strategy and development, brand activation, forecasting.
- Proficient in business & industry understanding, project management, financial awareness & business profitability, consumer and trade insight, sales and channel strategy.
- Developing skills in operations and manufacturing start-up development, supply chain and logistics.
- Understanding of key account management and distributor management.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The compensation package also includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
