About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Channel Growth Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with partners across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential partners that align with our business objectives
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth
- Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure alignment and progress
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of our partnerships and make recommendations for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of business development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A base salary of PHP 40,000 per month
- A productivity bonus of PHP 5,000 per week for meeting performance targets
- A commission of 1% of revenue generated from deals sourced by the team
- 7 vacation leaves and 7 sick leaves per year
- Birthday leave and mental health days
