Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Growth Manager to build, grow, and optimize high-impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in SaaS or growth-stage tech companies. They must possess proven success in building and scaling partnerships that generate tangible business impact.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities with agencies, platforms, SaaS providers, affiliates, influencers, and enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, managing outreach, negotiations, and deal execution.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive measurable growth (customer acquisition, revenue, or retention).
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to support partner integrations and ensure smooth technical implementation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Business Development Experience: 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in SaaS or growth-stage tech companies.
  • Success Metrics: Proven success in building and scaling partnerships that generate tangible business impact.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to think strategically while executing tactically to deliver results.
  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with marketing technology, SaaS ecosystems, and B2B growth strategies.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
