About This Role:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Process Excellence Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving business processes and driving productivity.

  • Provides recommendations for process improvements in areas such as cost reduction, service quality, and productivity development; effectively communicating these to the pertinent leadership teams.
  • Performs comprehensive reviews of existing processes; documents processes, and recommends enhancements for improvement.
  • Examines continuous improvement suggestions logged in the Bright Idea Tracker.
  • Takes charge and guides the process of concluding identified Continuous Improvement projects aimed at achieving site Efficiency and Productivity objectives.
  • Oversees cross-functional and cross-departmental initiatives related to productivity and service quality within the organization.
  • Conducts research and puts forth suitable site-wide productivity and service quality training recommendations aligned with the Continuous Improvement culture and Learning and Development Program established within the site.
  • Delivers training, coaching, and mentoring to employees focusing on educating them in Lean Sigma, Project Management, and Service Quality Management methodologies.
  • Engages proficiently with different Process Owners and teams concerning Continuous Improvement projects and Service Quality initiatives.
  • Evaluates operational challenges documented in the Incidence Management Tool, aids in identifying underlying causes, and suggests lasting solutions for these issues.
  • Assists Service Delivery Leaders in enhancing customer service leading to increased stakeholder engagement reflected by improved Customer Satisfaction Survey scores.
  • Coordinates the preparation and presentation of KPI Reports; monitors progress of implementing actions identified during Operational Council meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

The Process Excellence Lead will be responsible for:

  • Providing recommendations for process improvements in areas such as cost reduction, service quality, and productivity development.
  • Performing comprehensive reviews of existing processes and recommending enhancements for improvement.
  • Examining continuous improvement suggestions logged in the Bright Idea Tracker.
  • Guiding the process of concluding identified Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Overseeing cross-functional and cross-departmental initiatives related to productivity and service quality.
  • Developing and delivering training programs for employees.
  • Engaging with different Process Owners and teams concerning Continuous Improvement projects and Service Quality initiatives.
  • Coordinating the preparation and presentation of KPI Reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in process improvement and performance measurement projects.
  • Experience in Shared Services / Business Process Outsourcing industry with multinational companies.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; certifications and/or degree in Project Management, Data Science are pluses.
  • Proficient in consulting skills and capable of positively impacting others toward achieving desired outcomes.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Knowledge of Excel Macro or any Visual Basic Applications programming language is a plus.
  • Keen attention to detail and skill to simplify the execution of complex tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • BA degree or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory, cost accounting, and reporting.
  • Accounting and audit experience, with relevant experience in inventory and cost accounting in a SOX compliant environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, data merges, filters, etc.).
  • Strong U.S. GAAP accounting and analytical skills.
  • Experience with interacting with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex financial analysis related to inventory and cost accounting.
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work with limited supervision.
